When the problem occurs once in a while, there really should not be too much cause for concern. But with most men it happens more often than not, and the desire to Last Longer in bed becomes great.

Quick orgasms in men are a common sexual complaint and can be caused by many different factors. The good news is that in most cases, premature ejaculation is not caused by any mental or physical illness. The most common causes include the programming of your genes, excessive teenage masturbation, body intensity, lack of self knowledge and sensitivity.

Causes Of Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation, defined by some as orgasm after less than two minutes of intercourse, effects one in three men and can be brought on by any number of reasons, including:

1.    Learned Patterns: As masturbating teens, most males learn quick, surefire ways of getting off before getting caught. These responses become almost reflexive in nature, making it very challenging to unlearn them — akin to unlearning muscle memory.

2.    Stress/Anxiety: Both stress and anxiety activate a more cerebral part of the brain, which overrides the reptilian part responsible for controlling arousal. The endorphin rush further conditions the brain into inducing an ejaculation as a default stress-management mechanism when under the gun.

3.    Control Issues: A male who derived passive pleasure from urinary control as a kid can get used to “letting things go” even as an adult, often for the same controlling reasons, however subconsciously.

Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation

The “Squeeze” Technique

This method was developed by Masters and Johnson some decades ago. If a man senses that he is about to ejaculate, he simply withdraws from his partner, then him or his partner squeezes the shaft of his penis between a thumb and two fingers. The squeeze should be light and for about 20 seconds, then let go and resume sexual activity. The technique is repeated as often as necessary during intercourse. With practice, a man can gain good control over ejaculation without the squeeze.

The “Stop and Start” Method

This second method which was developed by Dr. Helen Kaplan helps men with premature ejaculation to recognize when they are about to climax and then to slow down or reduce stimulation in order to extend the time until ejaculation. By starting and stopping sexual stimulation you can learn to prolong the sex act.

Abstaining from Intercourse

Couples may be instructed to avoid sexual relations for a period of time to help reduce anxiety. This is beneficial as while avoiding intercourse they can spend time to focus on other types of sexual plays that eliminate pressure from the sexual encounters. This can help the man to connect and re-establish a satisfying physical bond with his partner.

More Foreplay

By engaging in more foreplay, couples can help each other achieve a state of high arousal by stimulating each other through kissing, cuddling, hugging, petting, stimulating the breasts, genitals, and other erogenous zones before copulating. This way, ejaculation and orgasm can be achieved almost at the same time by the couples.

Masturbation

In some cases, behavioural therapy may involve simple steps such as masturbating an hour or two before intercourse to help in the delay of ejaculation or stimulation of the partner to a state of arousal before copulating. Also since an ejaculation has already occurred, the man will now take a longer time to ejaculate when having sex with his partner.

Causes of Landslides

Causes of Landslides

$84.44

The causes of landslides are usually related to instabilities in slopes. It is usually possible to identify one or more landslide causes and one landslide trigger. The difference between these two concepts is subtle but important. The landslide causes are the reasons that a landslide occurred in that location and at that time. Landslide causes are listed in the following table, and include geological factors, morphological factors, physical factors and factors associated with human activity. Causes may be considered to be factors that made the slope vulnerable to failure, that predispose the slope to becoming unstable. The trigger is the single event that finally initiated the landslide. Thus, causes combine to make a slope vulnerable to failure, and the trigger finally initiates the movement. Landslides can have many causes but can only have one trigger as shown in the next figure. Usually, it is relatively easy to determine the trigger after the landslide has occurred (although it is generally very difficult to determine the exact nature of landslide triggers ahead of a movement event). Premature Burial

Premature Burial

$100.37

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Animals and humans may be buried alive intentionally (as a form of torture, murder or execution), voluntarily (as a stunt, with the intention to escape or as a form of suicide), accidentally (e.g., under rubble due to a disaster or collapse of a building or cave), or unintentionally (in the mistaken belief that the living person is dead). Live burial is said to be one of the most widespread of human fears. Premature burial leads to death through one or more of the following: asphyxiation, dehydration, starvation, or (in cold climates) hypothermia. Although human survival may be briefly extended in some environments as body metabolism slows, in the absence of air, loss of consciousness will take place within 2 to 4 minutes and death by asphyxia within 5 to 15 minutes. Permanent brain damage through oxygen starvation is likely after a few minutes, even if the person is rescued before death. Author: Surhone, Lambert M./ Tennoe, Mariam T./ Henssonow, Susan F. Rising worldwide obesity rates have generated massive amounts of policy concern and public interest. In this book, we use two household surveys (British Household Panel Survey (BHPS) and Household and Income Dynamics of Australia (HILDA)) to empirically analyse: 1) the relationship between obesity and economic incentives that influence individual and household behaviour; 2) the role of the environment and economic incentives on discretionary activities which directly impact the likelihood of being obese, such as physical activity; and 3) the impact of obesity on labour market outcomes.
