Can my masturbation have caused premature Ejaculation?
When I first started masturbating, a few years ago, it would take many minutes for me to finish. Now I masturbate rarely because its a nasty habit I no longer want. However, when I do, I can finish within a minute. I’m scared that the masturbation experience I’ve had now makes me ejaculate too fast and when I want to be intimate with someone in the future, I won’t last long at all. Did masturbating do this to me, or is it just that I know my body well enough to get off quickly? Does the fact that I hardly do it as often have something to do with this?
When you masterbate, you are moving your hand very quickly up and down. You won’t be able to move that quickly during sex, so it will take longer.
Some men say that they masterbate before sex ( earlier in the day ) and that they Last Longer during sex.
I don’t think that masterbation will effect your performance.
And if you feel that you are close to cumming, pull out and ensure that she is satisfied by other means ( your mouth or hands) and then you can continue.
But don’t put pressure on yourself to last so long. Longer doesn’t mean better for a woman. Just relax and enjoy it.
