The Masturbation Method
From an early age, you’ve conditioned yourself to come quickly. It’s part of what we learn from being a 13 year old boy: “masturbate and ejaculate quickly so no one catches you.”
This conditioning is carried on into adulthood and presents itself sub-conciously during love-making.
Doing away with this habit is fun and easy… Masturbate often using the following procedure.
Masturbate by stimulating the base of the glans only (the glans is the head of the penis)
As you are masturbating, visualize. Visualize the sexiest women you can. The things that turn you on the most.
Continue this method of masturbating while visualizing.
When you feel you are going to ejaculate, slow stimulation a little until the feeling subsides. But, don’t stop stimulation completely.
Masturbate this way as often as possible (always trying to last as long as possible).
The idea of this whole exercise is to condition you to last as long as possible. To get you out of the old habits that have held you back in the bedroom for all these years.
Remember, you can break any habit as long as you replace it with a new habit. The new habit is lasting as long as you want.
